Pricing

How much does custom AI automation cost?

There is no single price: the cost depends on eight factors — your tasks, your volumes, your tools, AI usage, your data, your security constraints, whether you need an interface, and ongoing support. The free 30-minute assessment is there to size them; you then receive a costed proposal to weigh against the estimated hours you get back. We don’t publish amounts.

Cost drivers

What drives the price of an automation

The eight things we look at during the assessment. Each one can move the build cost, the recurring costs, or both.

Cost drivers of a custom AI automation. No amount is published: costing is done on your real tasks, after the free assessment.
Factor What makes the cost vary What we look at in the assessment
Number and complexity of tasks A simple, repetitive task (sorting, data entry) takes less work than a process with many exceptions, approvals or business rules. Your list of tasks, their edge cases, who approves what.
Volumes Volumes mainly weigh on the architecture and on usage costs (AI model calls, hosting). Your weekly volumes and your peaks.
Integrations with your tools and APIs Software with a documented API connects more simply than a tool without one (file exports, emails, on-screen data entry). Your software (PMS, accounting, CRM…), their APIs and your access.
AI usage and model costs Reading a document, drafting a reply, classifying a request: every model call has a usage cost that depends on the model and the volume. The model is chosen task by task (Claude, GPT, Mistral or open source). Cost per task, estimated before we build and tracked in production.
Data quality and migration Scattered, duplicated or incomplete data needs cleaning or migrating before it can be automated. Where your data lives, its format, what needs to be migrated.
Security, GDPR and hosting Sensitive data, hosting in Europe or on your own infrastructure, access control, logging; health data requires certified health-data hosting (HDS in France). How sensitive the data is and your industry’s constraints.
User interface An automation working in the background (emails, files, your tools) needs no screen; a client portal, a back office or a dashboard adds to the scope. Custom business tools Who needs to see, approve or steer what, and where.
Ongoing support After go-live, a support plan is available (monitoring, adjustments, improvements); its price depends on the plan and on how many automations we look after. Support plans The level of support that is useful, or none.

What a project includes

What is included, whatever the scope

  • Free assessment

Your repetitive tasks, their volumes and the time they take; a first estimate of the hours you could get back.

  • Costed roadmap

Each task ranked by recoverable hours and effort; you sign off on the order before we start.

  • Build and integration

The custom automation, connected to your tools: industry software, email, accounting, CRM, APIs.

  • Controlled go-live

Gradual rollout, human approval wherever it matters, a log of every run.

  • Documentation

Every automation comes with its documentation and its log: you know what it does, and why.

  • Ownership

The code, the automations, the documentation and the data belong to you; accounts are in your name.

The other side of the scale

Estimating the value: the calculator

Cost is weighed against the time you get back. The free calculator estimates that time from your tasks, with a single formula and visible assumptions.

Hours per week
Σ (volume × minutes × automatable share) ÷ 60
Hours per year
hours per week × 47 working weeks
Value of the time
hours per year × hourly cost (€35/h by default, editable)

Indicative estimate: the value of the time recovered is neither a return on investment nor a guaranteed cash saving.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

Why don’t you publish prices?
Because two automations with the same name can take very different amounts of work depending on your tools, your volumes and your edge cases. A listed price would be too high for simple cases, or wrong for complex ones. The free assessment lets us cost your real case.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes: a 30-minute video call, with no commitment. You leave with a first estimate of the hours you could get back; the costed proposal follows if you want to go further.
Are there recurring costs?
There can be three: AI model usage (billed by the provider according to volume), hosting if the automation needs it, and a support plan if you choose one — optional, with no minimum term. They are estimated in the proposal. There is no subscription to an Iselia platform.
Who pays for the AI subscriptions and hosting?
You do, directly: the accounts (AI provider, hosting, tools) are opened in your name. You stay in control of consumption, and you keep everything if we stop working together. The usage cost per task is estimated before we build, then tracked in production.
How do I weigh the cost against the hours saved?
With the calculator: hours per week = Σ (volume × minutes × automatable share) ÷ 60, hours per year = × 47 weeks, value = hours per year × your hourly cost (€35/h by default). It is an indicative estimate of the value of the time recovered, to weigh against the cost in the proposal — not a guaranteed return on investment.
Do I need a support plan?
No, it is optional and has no minimum term. Its price depends on the plan and on how many automations we look after; it is set out in the proposal that follows the assessment, before any commitment.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything: the code, the automations, the documentation and the data belong to you, and the accounts are in your name. You can evolve them yourself or with another provider.
How long until a first result?
The first time savings reach production within a few weeks: we start with the task that gives the most hours back, then move on to the next one.
