No other data is collected automatically, apart from the cookies and trackers described below (audience measurement and spam protection). If you book a time slot with the online calendar, the information you enter there (name, email, notes — and, where applicable, the industry and estimated hours pre-filled from the calculator) is collected by Cal.com, our processor for appointment booking, on its instance hosted in the European Union (cal.eu). The calendar only loads at your request: opening the “Book a time slot” tab or displaying the calendar on the booking page.
Time savings calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser: the industry, tasks, volumes and hourly rate you enter are not sent to us. They only reach us if you submit the contact form, where the industry and estimated hours are pre-filled and can be edited before sending.
If you have accepted audience-measurement cookies, choosing an industry and the estimate shown when you click the contact button are recorded as audience-measurement events in Google Analytics, without your contact details.
Your personal data is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your contact request
- Preparing your assessment: estimating recoverable hours from the industry, tasks and volumes you share with us
- Following up regarding a potential collaboration
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
The processing of your data is based on your consent, given when submitting the contact form, as well as on our legitimate interest in responding to prospect inquiries as part of our business activity.
24 months max
Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us.
After this period, data is deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Contact form data is transmitted encrypted (TLS) and processed in compliance with current security standards. Calls booked with the online calendar are handled by Cal.com, Inc. as a processor, on its European instance cal.eu: the related data is hosted in the European Union and kept for as long as needed to organise and follow up the call, within the retention period stated above.
