Calculator

Your estimate, in three settings.

Your industry

Pick the closest industry: its typical tasks and example volumes are pre-filled.

Your tasks

Untick what doesn’t apply and replace the volumes with your own. Example volumes: 15 people, 20 retainer clients

  • 5.3 h / week

Automatic data collection (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, CRM), formatting in your template and a first commentary on trends, reviewed by the account manager.

  • 2.4 h / week

Structured notes from your jottings or a recording (with participants' consent), decisions and tasks pushed into your project management tool.

  • 3.3 h / week

Ad copy and post variants tailored to each platform from an approved message and the client’s tone of voice; reviewed by the team.

  • 1.5 h / week

Sends items for approval, follows up automatically, keeps a record of who approved what and when, and alerts the account manager when something is stuck.

  • 1.5 h / week

Timesheet reminders, entries pre-filled from calendars and the project tool, alerts when a client goes over the budget sold.

  • 1.5 h / week

Mentions, reviews, competitor posts and industry news gathered and summarised in a weekly note per client.

  • 1.6 h / week

Proposal skeleton pre-filled from the brief, your case material and rate cards; the strategy is still written by the team.

Average fully loaded cost of one hour of work for the team involved (€35/h by default).

Transparency

A simple formula, visible assumptions.

No black box: the result comes from three numbers per task, which you can see and change. We use the same formula across the whole site.

Hours per week
Σ ( volume × minutes × automatable share ) ÷ 60
Hours per year
hours per week × 47 working weeks
Value in euros
hours per year × hourly cost
  • Weekly volume

How often the task comes up each week: messages, files, invoices, jobs… Defaults reflect the example business for each industry.

  • Manual time per unit

The average time someone spends on it today, including looking things up and re-keying data. We deliberately use modest durations.

  • Automatable share

The portion of the work actually taken over. It never reaches 100%: sensitive cases, approvals and exceptions stay with your team.

  • Working weeks

We count 47 weeks a year to allow for holidays, bank holidays and quieter periods.

  • Hourly cost

The fully loaded cost of one hour of work, €35/h by default. It only translates hours into a financial order of magnitude.

Method

From estimate to measurement.

The calculator gives you an order of magnitude. The assessment tests it against your reality; production measures it.

  4. 04

    Measure

Once live, every automation is tracked: volumes handled, approvals, hours actually saved.

    Ongoing

What the estimate leaves out

  • Set-up time and the learning curve of the first few weeks.
  • Indirect gains: fewer errors, faster replies, happier customers.
  • Tasks specific to your organisation, which we identify during the assessment.

FAQ

About the calculator

How to read the result, and what it doesn’t tell you.

Is the calculator’s result a promise?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on assumptions you can see and change. The free assessment exists precisely to test it against your actual tasks, volumes and tools.
Where do the default volumes and times come from?
They describe an example business for each industry (stated below the calculator and on the industry page), with deliberately conservative manual times and automatable shares. Replace them with your own figures for a personalised estimate.
Why does the automatable share never reach 100%?
Because we keep people in the loop: sensitive cases, exceptions and important approvals stay with your team. Automation takes over the repetitive work, not the decisions.
What does the euro amount represent?
Hours back per year multiplied by the hourly cost you enter (€35/h by default). It is an order of magnitude for the value of the time freed up, not a guaranteed cash saving.
Is my data stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is saved on our servers. The share link simply carries your assumptions in its address. If you request an assessment, your estimate is added to your message, which you can review before sending.
My industry isn’t listed. What should I do?
Choose the industry whose tasks are closest to yours and adjust the volumes, or describe your business directly through the assessment form: we will build the estimate with you.
