Calculator

Your estimate, in three settings.

Your industry

Pick the closest industry: its typical tasks and example volumes are pre-filled.

Your tasks

Untick what doesn’t apply and replace the volumes with your own. Example volumes: 8 consultants, 25 open roles

  • 5 h / week

Reads CVs, extracts key information into the ATS and summarises it against the role’s objective criteria; no automatic rejection, the recruiter decides.

  • 3.7 h / week

Offers slots based on calendars, confirms, sends the video link, reminds the day before and handles rescheduling.

  • 3.8 h / week

Turns the recruiter’s notes into a structured write-up in the agency’s template; reviewed and completed before it goes to the client.

  • 1.8 h / week

Ad drafted from the job spec, checked for exclusionary wording, then posted to job boards and the agency website.

  • 2 h / week

Personalised outreach drafts based on the profile and the role, ready for the recruiter to send; records and statuses updated in the ATS.

  • 2.6 h / week

Acknowledgements, progress updates and replies to unsuccessful candidates, sent once the recruiter has made the decision.

  • 2.8 h / week

Weekly update per role generated from the ATS (candidates approached, interviews, shortlist, next steps), reviewed by the recruiter.

Average fully loaded cost of one hour of work for the team involved (€35/h by default).

Transparency

A simple formula, visible assumptions.

No black box: the result comes from three numbers per task, which you can see and change. We use the same formula across the whole site.

Hours per week
Σ ( volume × minutes × automatable share ) ÷ 60
Hours per year
hours per week × 47 working weeks
Value in euros
hours per year × hourly cost
  • Weekly volume

How often the task comes up each week: messages, files, invoices, jobs… Defaults reflect the example business for each industry.

  • Manual time per unit

The average time someone spends on it today, including looking things up and re-keying data. We deliberately use modest durations.

  • Automatable share

The portion of the work actually taken over. It never reaches 100%: sensitive cases, approvals and exceptions stay with your team.

  • Working weeks

We count 47 weeks a year to allow for holidays, bank holidays and quieter periods.

  • Hourly cost

The fully loaded cost of one hour of work, €35/h by default. It only translates hours into a financial order of magnitude.

Method

From estimate to measurement.

The calculator gives you an order of magnitude. The assessment tests it against your reality; production measures it.

    Measure

Once live, every automation is tracked: volumes handled, approvals, hours actually saved.

    Ongoing

What the estimate leaves out

  • Set-up time and the learning curve of the first few weeks.
  • Indirect gains: fewer errors, faster replies, happier customers.
  • Tasks specific to your organisation, which we identify during the assessment.

FAQ

About the calculator

How to read the result, and what it doesn’t tell you.

Is the calculator’s result a promise?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on assumptions you can see and change. The free assessment exists precisely to test it against your actual tasks, volumes and tools.
Where do the default volumes and times come from?
They describe an example business for each industry (stated below the calculator and on the industry page), with deliberately conservative manual times and automatable shares. Replace them with your own figures for a personalised estimate.
Why does the automatable share never reach 100%?
Because we keep people in the loop: sensitive cases, exceptions and important approvals stay with your team. Automation takes over the repetitive work, not the decisions.
What does the euro amount represent?
Hours back per year multiplied by the hourly cost you enter (€35/h by default). It is an order of magnitude for the value of the time freed up, not a guaranteed cash saving.
Is my data stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is saved on our servers. The share link simply carries your assumptions in its address. If you request an assessment, your estimate is added to your message, which you can review before sending.
My industry isn’t listed. What should I do?
Choose the industry whose tasks are closest to yours and adjust the volumes, or describe your business directly through the assessment form: we will build the estimate with you.
